There is no minimum order quantity on items in stock, however there may be a discounted price for large orders. There may be an MOQ for Bespoke Garments – Contact our team for more information regarding this.
Disposable Surgical Gowns – 2 days from order confirmation date.
Sterile Surgical Gown – 2 Weeks from order confirmation date.
Reinforced Sterile Surgical Gown – 2 Weeks from order confirmation date.
Scrubs – 2 Weeks from order confirmation date.
Tunics – 2 Weeks from order confirmation date.
Lab Coats – 2 Weeks from order confirmation date.
Disposable Medical Aprons – 2 Weeks from order confirmation date.
All bespoke garments (Scrubs and Tunics) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Goods supplied from stock may, at our discretion, be returned for credit no later than 7 days; a handling charge of %15 will be applied. A request to return goods for whatever reason will not be considered unless received within 7 days of delivery.
Where returns are agreed, return carriage will be at customers risk and cost regardless of the circumstances.
Any garments that are accepted for returns must be sent to us in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. A return authorization (return number) must be obtained prior to the return of the goods. Any claims for shortages or discrepancies must be notified to Bensons Workwear in writing within 7 days of delivery date.
